* Our Preventive Maintenance Service is tailored to the needs of your equipment. The description here is based on a standard maintenance service, which we recommend is performed every 1,500 hours of operation or once a year, whichever comes first.

A remote diagnostic connection gives you access to fast remote support from a Struers technical service engineer.

The faster an issue is solved, the faster you can resume normal operation. If your equipment is compatible with a remote access solution*, you can lessen downtime having a Struers technical service engineer resolve the issue remotely. To ensure you stay in control, you have full control of who makes the connection and when.

Technical evaluation of the functionality and maintenance status of your equipment, with service recommendations.

Consistently high preparation quality depends on 100% functionality and properly maintained equipment. This is particularly important for equipment that is more than three years old and has not been maintained in accordance with Struers recommendations. A Struers technical service engineer performs a detailed evaluation of your equipment and recommends ways you can improve functionality and performance.

Calibration Services

Repeatability is paramount in hardness testing for materials with stringent requirements. This can only be achieved with confidence using a hardness tester that is correctly maintained and that has been calibrated according to strict calibration certification demands.

To ensure your hardness tester meets the required standards, we perform calibration according to Struers’ certification standards. Calibration can be performed to suit your chosen hardness testing method (including load area, e.g. HV 1 and HRC).
