We sit down with you to plan a service schedule based on your needs and operational pattern. Then we take care of the rest. We perform regular services, replace wear parts when needed and ensure your equipment will perform accurately and reliably until your next service. And, in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, priority VIP treatment means it gets fixed – fast.

What you get

With the Prevent Plan, our technical service engineers preserve and enhance your equipment’s reliability by verifying system performance based on factory-level testing, and inspecting and evaluating technical performance to correct deficiencies. Wear parts are replaced as part of your service visit at no extra cost – to ensure your equipment continues to run smoothly between maintenance visits.

In the unlikely event that repairs are needed, you get VIP priority to ensure fast resolution, and we perform any repairs at a reduced rate to reduce any unforeseen maintenance costs.

With the Protect Plan, you get everything that is included in the Prevent Plan: Our technical service engineers perform regular planned maintenance to preserve your equipment’s reliability by assessing performance, correcting any deficiencies and replacing wear parts as needed.

In addition, you benefit from an extended warranty and guaranteed guidance by phone or email in case of a breakdown. Any additional repairs and spare parts are included as part of the package and, if required, a technical service engineer can be on your site within 48 hours* to ensure any downtime is kept to a minimum.
