RepliSet and Transcopy replica foil is a complete system for replicating materials. It is designed to transfer the structure of a solid surface to a flexible, highly accurate, and stable replica. The result is an exact 3D copy of the surface, allowing microscopic examination and precise measurements. Our replicating system is accepted for ASTM standard E 1351 “Standard Practice for Production and Evaluation of Field Metallographic Replicas.”
High Resolution and Form Stability
The Replication system produces replicas that are dimensionally correct and have an ultrafine detail reproduction as well as a plane back. RepliSet can replicate details with dimensions less than 0.1 micron over the whole replica surface, which can be of any size or shape. RepliSet has no shrinkage and can thus be used for highly accurate metrological measurements.Safe

RepliSet
Replication system for non-destructive testing of a microstructure or a 3D structure. Fast curing two-part silicon rubber compound for flexible high resolution 3D replicas. For the 50 ml system, the hand-operated dispensing gun and the static mixing nozzles are used in combination with the 50 ml cartridges. For the 265 ml system, the hand-operated dispensing gun and the static mixing nozzles are used in combination with the 265 ml cartridges.
Transcopy Replica Foil
For making replicas of polished and etched surfaces. Self-adhesive reflective Transcopy replica foil creates a permanent replication of microstructures, cracks, and defects for future analysis in the laboratory.
